Doron is former partner in Claiborne & Taylor Insurance. He now serves as one of the agency’s commercial insurance producers.
He began his insurance career in 1987 as a Commercial Lines Producer in western Kentucky. In addition to agency experience, he served for several years as a Commercial Insurance Underwriter with State Auto Insurance Company.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Freed-Hardeman University and a Masters Degree from Murray State University. He holds both the “Certified Insurance Counselor” and “Certified Professional Insurance Agent” designations.
Doron has taught insurance for more the 30 years both at the university level and in two professional designation programs and has been a frequent guest lecturer to insurance classes at Middle Tennessee State University. He was selected 2001 “Agent of the Year” by the Professional Insurance Agents of Tennessee.
