Doron L. Claiborne, CIC, CPIA

Doron began his insurance career in 1987 as a Commercial Insurance Producer in western Kentucky. In addition to agency experience, he worked for several years with State Auto Insurance Company as a Commercial Insurance Underwriter.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Freed-Hardeman University and a Master’s Degree from Murray State University. He has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) and Certified Workers Comp Advisor (CWCA) designations.

Doron has taught insurance for more the 35 years both at the university level and in two professional designation programs and has been a frequent guest lecturer to insurance classes at Middle Tennessee State University. As the former President of the Professional Insurance Agents of Tennessee, he was selected the 2001 “Agent of the Year” by that state association.
