She holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Bethel University and brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Since entering the field in 200S, Micki has cultivated a diverse client portfolio, providing strategic risk management solutions to banks, financial institutions, retailers, contractors, manufacturers, agricultural businesses, and personal insurance clients.

A resident of Mckenzie, TN, Micki values faith and community as a member of First Baptist Church Mckenzie. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, baking and any time spent at the lake with her husband, Steve and their five children: Hope, Maria, Tanner, Brooks, and Bodie Ann.
